Welcome to StressLess: relax&rhythm (the “App”), developed by RelaxRhythm Innovations, LLC (the “Company”, “we”, “us”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.
1. Use of the App
- You may use the App solely for personal purposes – tracking mood, stress levels, performing breathing exercises, and meditations
You must not:- use the App for commercial purposes (e.g., reselling access, integrating it into paid programs or services without our consent)
- copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce content from the App without our permission
- attempt reverse engineering, circumvent security, or gain access to the source code
2. Registration and Account
- To access certain features, you must create an account using your email and password or sign in via Google/Apple ID.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
- If you lose access or suspect unauthorized use of your account, please contact our support team.
3. Content and Functionality
- The App provides access to quizzes, stress and mood tracking, breathing techniques, and meditations
- All content and recommendations in the App are for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice.
- We do not provide medical diagnosis or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for health-related concerns.
4. Intellectual Property
- All rights to the App, its design, content, and code belong to RelaxRhythm Innovations, LLC or our licensors
- You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App for personal purposes in accordance with these Terms.
5. Termination of Access
- You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or applicable law.
6. Liability and Limitations
- The App is provided “as is” without any warranties.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the App or complete absence of technical errors.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the App.
- Since the App is provided free of charge, we are under no obligation to provide any compensation.
7. Age Requirements
- The App may only be used by individuals 16 years of age or older.
- If you are under 16, do not create an account or use the App
8. Changes to the Terms
- We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available in the App and/or on our website.
- Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland and the European Union
- All disputes shall be resolved by competent courts at the Company’s registered office.
